Assistant Director Donell Diggs was invited to coach Toddlerball while in the midst of the pandemic. During his 3 years of coaching Toddlerball he has been able to witness children fall in love with the game of basketball at such a young age. This has grown his love and passion for Toddlerball over the years. Donnell sees Toddlerball going global and is excited to be a part of the growth.

Raphael Jennings' love for basketball and youth led him to start Toddlerball in 2019. When Toddlerball began Coach Ralph was hosting practices in his backyard and as the program quickly grew he moved it to Athletic Republic in District Heights. His devotion to the players has expanded his dreams and goals for Toddlerball which have changed his life forever. Coach Ralph has since found his purpose and plans to take Toddlerball state to state until he has reached as many children as he can. With Coach Nell and Ms. Cheri by his side, he believes that no child is too far to be impacted.
